SL, on JK:

"and there was this really funny thing about kindergarten today, mama... there was a TV in the room and then I saw the teacher with a video and I thought maybe she was turning our class into a movie theatre. Then she put Franklin on, and I was like... what the hell is going on here?"

Ok, so I admit, she learned that from me and I almost pissed myself laughing when I heard her say it... I had a hard time explaining why she can't say things like that between those laughing tears. I don't really think it's funny... but I'm still laughing about it anyway.

The other night I overcooked something a TEENY bit and Cody says, "This is a crappy corn dog, give me another one."

Too funny Ashley. I love that story. Reminds me of when James was quite small he announced to my extremely conservative MIL that "bug" & "f**k" rhymed. Well they don't of course, but it was hilarious because she was quite appalled and wanted to know where he could have possibly learned a word like that. I told her I had no idea. (wink)
