I was so excited to be asked to be a guest designer at My Favorite Memories this month. Shari's August kit rocked, and it was lots of fun to play with. Check out the wonderful projects by the talented team, posted in the August Idea Gallery.
Check out these creations by the talented team at MFM:
This fun page by Jami Mayers... wonderful, creative use of a bathroom sign. :)
Love the fun energy of this page Soren, by Kirsten Dew. Great colouring of the tiny MM letter stickers and fun sprinkling of circles across the page.
Loved the use of three smaller b/w photos and the fun zig-zag edge on this page i love you forever by Tracy Schmitt.
This page, adore by Shari Kimmey just made me smile.. such a wonderful, perfect tribute page for a grandmother. I loved Shari's journalling, and the photo.
Gorgeous photos and I loved the angled title on this page sacre-coeur by Alison Berger.
Pink. And buttons. How could I not love this layout sweet by Staci Etheridge? :)
Here are the projects I made with the August kit (larger photos posted at MFM at the gallery link above):
A layout about my little motos. I call them motos, and I don't know why. It was a name that started when Summer Lily was a baby, and it's been around ever since.
For a while there, everything Addie Blue counted went like this: 2! 8! 10! Now she counts to 16, but after ten everything ends in an -ee suffix.... elevenee, twelbee, thirtnee.. I will have to do a page on that sometime, too. :)
Addie Blue is usually a pretty outgoing girl, but every now and again, she gets TOO SHY, and she covers her face and cries softly "too shy, too shy". A few minutes later she'll be out in the crowd, the life of the party.
Summer Lily scrapbooks, and I love it. I love the way she tells a story.
