new layouts

These are the projects I made with the September Scrapologie kit, South Pacific. Loved the colours in this kit. And fun K&Co chipboard letters. And great Basic Grey rub-ons. Was a fun one. :)


Summer Lily loves art, and most days says she wants to be an artist. I used some of the embellishments from the kit to create flowers and used white wire for the stems. Here you can see how the flowers come off the page slightly, because of the wire:


This one is of Addie Blue in her blue princess dress, on Summer Lily's birthday.


Addie Blue playing with guys from the Loving Family sets... we spent many hours putting those guys in and out of the bed, and in and out of the bus...


Love this photo of Summer Lily.. and think this is one of my new favourite layouts. I washed the scalloped cardstock with gesso first and then added some messy watercolour. The ribbon, strip of patterned paper and ledger paper are all adhered in place in some messy gesso.
