There is a new journaling challenge blog, Journaling Junkie and it looks like a great way to find some inspiration and motivation to journal some new ways -- maybe a new topic, or a tough subject, or an angle you wouldn't have thought up on your own.
Journaling is in my trifecta of scrapbooking importance -- one component of the trinity of memories, photos, and writing. With rare exception, any of the two just do not feel complete without the third. Memories and photos are often a given, and sometimes I come up short on words. However, I always struggle through with finding the right words, because I think journaling is an important foundation to the page: your writing makes your memories available to someone else to be recalled forever.

Good reminder. Thanks and I love the Juno music as well and my husband and sons collect nests for me all the time. I showed him the post about the nests as a gift and he thought it was funny that people would think thats weird.

I just popped over to let you know I just received "scraptastic' and I think it is the best scrapbooking related book I have ever seen. Each double page puts a smile on my face and I think 'Yeah, someone else gets the way I scrap'
