I made this page on NSD weekend for a 2Peas NSD challenge to use negative space.

I started with a left-over piece of cardstock from when I punched out clouds for another layout. 

I made this rosette with Dear Lizzy polka dot vellum, crepe paper, and a scalloped circle punch. 

I punched small clouds from some tags and then backed the space with crepe paper and patterned paper.

Another look at the punched cloud strip, with layers of crepe paper, punched paper strips, and crumpled vellum.

I wrote the title on a little banner and the journalling on a scallop tag.
