I took a look at my decor Pinboard and decided to use this image:
The original home decor wall art piece was studded art made with thumbtacks, featured on dollarstorecrafts
I used small metallic brads to re-create the studded word art for the title on my layout.
I used mostly Crate Paper Story Teller on this page. I had initially planned on using the pale lace patterned paper behind the title for the background, but loved the way the metallic brads contrasted with the light, delicate pattern, so used it for the title instead. Love the way the woodgrain, lace, and metallic brads look together!
I sketched out the title on a piece of Crate Paper Story Teller paper from the 6*6 pad, and then set the brads to form the letters.
This number 5 was from the Pretty Party chipboard set.... worked out perfectly as she was 5 months old in these photos! The cute apple brad is also by Crate Paper, from the Farmhouse collection.
I cut a polaroid frame from Crate Paper white woodgrain paper, a B-side from Pretty Party. The tag and label are both from the Story Teller collection. I love the map paper from Story Teller... I used it behind the title, and also to fill the polaroid frame. The polka dot heart is punched from a piece of paper from the 6*6 Story Teller pad. I seriously cannot get enough of these little papers!
Supplies: patterned paper (Crate Paper); labels (Crate Paper); brads (Making Memories, Crate Paper); chipboard (Crate Paper); photo corners (Canson); punches (Martha Stewart, Recollections); pin (7gypsies); paper clip (Tim Holtz); ink (October Afternoon); pen (Sakura).

wow! I love the studded title...it's original and totally unexpected to pair metal (hard) details against the delicateness of a soft baby-themed photos. Super creative!
P.S....you can never go wrong with woodgrain as far as I'm concerned ;) If you ever run out, let me know ;)
