wacky hair

This was another page I made on NSD weekend for a 2Peas NSD challenge to play with confetti.

I used a photo of Summer Lily on "wacky hair day" for school. My mom did her hair this morning, and put in lots of ponies and little braids, with silly bandz tied in and springing out in all directions. I wanted the whole page to have a fun, playful, sort of crazy feel to it, to match her hair.

I used a few different sizes and shapes of confetti...large silver circles, small white seed-shaped confetti, and a few pieces of pink woodgrain hearts.

I used inking and splatters of glitter to add to the wild and crazy confetti feel. 

 I wrote the journalling "confetti" style and sprinkled it alongside the photo.
