layout process

This is the layout I've had on my desk today, and these are the photos of how it has come together. 

Basic layout with misting and starting layers in place.

 Then I added a shipping tag, chevrons, and gold confetti. And some diagonal stripes and a heart. These pieces were already all cut out and on my desk.

Next came a gold coffee ring. I used gold foil to create this. I also dripped a bit of gold above the photo, to balance out the coffee ring.

Here is the page mostly done. I covered a chipboard star with gold airmail washi tape and tucked it under the photo with a nest of thread, to fill in the void trapped by the gold coffee ring. I'm still stuck needing something across the bottom and need to decide on title and journalling.
