He loves me.

Made using Studio Calico kits Block Party and Pollard Ave add-on. I used Janna's In the Mood to Scrap challenge at 2Peas for inspiration.

I freehand painted an ampersand using October Afternoon Token Sprinkler. I layered a turquoise piece of paper under the grid paper, trimming just barely larger than the grid paper. So there is just a glimpse of colour framing the main part of the page.

I just tore the ampersand out of my sketch book and wrote the rest of the title in pencil. I layered a few stars cut with my Silhouette Cameo under the corner of the sketch, kind of like a pointy photo corner.

I cut the star out of plain white paper and  used it as a mask on another layout. And it was just what needed to go on that grey tag! I included a few embellishments from the Studio Calico kits on the bottom corner of the page.

Now that I see this layout photographed and on the screen, I think it feels like it is missing something. Maybe I will add some additional journalling on the top right of the round-grid vellum, over beside the tag.
