Though there is an impending winter storm headed this way, things are starting to look cozy and lovey around here, with Valentine's Day on the way!
I really fell in love with the JBS Mercantile January 2013 Papercrafting, Antiquarian, and Artisan kits. Unfortunately I didn't get to use them in January, but I'm loving getting to use them now right before the big Lovey Day holiday. :)
I put all of the gold foil arrows included in the JBS Antiquarian kit into a glass jar. The Dresden foils Jenni includes in her kit are always absolutely amazing! I am seriously in love with these perfect little gold arrows.
These gold foil feathers were from the December 2012 JBS Antiquarian kit. I had them in a jar for my Christmas decor, but they suit Valentine's Day so well I decided to keep them out. They remind me of love letters written by plume, fancy Cupid's arrows, and all things delicate and romantic.
These sequins are not a JBS kit inclusion, but their pink and rosey and pastel tones work so well for this holiday. I have them set out in a white frame with book paper behind the glass. On hand and ready to go!
I've just started building my Valentine decor, so it is a bit sparse yet. But love this layout of my three girls last Valentine Day (we have all been marvelling at how small Lady Bon-Bon looks but how old and grown up we thought she was at the time!). This layout was made with JBS kits from January. I pinned the vintage pink tickets from the JBS Antiquarian kit and a gold foil arrow alongside the layout.
