Inspiration this week: pale party pastels

This week most of my inspiration was pale, pastel, pretty, and party-like!

Love this stack of delicate pages by Kim. She does rule the pale and pretty.

These summer boutonnieres are not only amazing and fun and bright and creative, they would make amazing little embellishment clusters on a page! For step by step instructions, see the Crate Paper blog.

These dipped flags are not only done in totally fabulous colours, they are totally cute too. I can see a handful standing up in an old bottle on my desk... or maybe just one on a layout. They were made by the fun and fabulous Confetti Sunshine

This combination of watercolour and gold Pink Paislee stars is simple -- and simply outstanding. Love it. See  some more beautiful details on Nina's blog.

These homemade party lanterns by Oh Happy Day are just so festive. And cute. And happy. And I sort of completely love them. Great colours, don't you think? Check out her blog for DIY instructions!

These DIY watercolour flags by DIY Studio are just DIY awesome. :) I heart watercolour and I heart flags, and put them together and, well, I am inspired. :)  AND, there's bunting to go with!

I loved how much white and delicate texture Stephanie used on her layout sweet little baby hands. Her use of tone-on-tone pairings and delicate textures just makes that darling photo shine.

Love love love not only the look but the colours of this DIY fringe party banner by mint social love club. The aqua! the gold! the pink! the tissue paper! I heart it all.

And, last one for today:
This backdrop created by Debee Campos. I can't decide what I love best... the sheet music, the white frames, the amazing pale aqua fan, or the little bits of colour added by that adorable bright pom pom garland.

See? I told you I was totally obsessed with all things pale and pretty and party this week! :)
What are you obsessed by today?
