There's another great sketch challenge posted at Cocoa Daisy! Create a page based on this sketch, leave a comment/link on the Cocoa Daisy blog post, and you will be entered to win a prize from Cocoa Daisy! Deadline is May 20, so you have lots of time to get scrapping!
I ended up deviating from the sketch but stuck with the idea of using multiple photos on the central portion of the page and added in lots of fun little elements sprinkled around the edges. That's what I love about sketch challenges... you get a little direction, a lot of chances to make it your own, and a page and memory for your album.
This page is about Ruby Sky, who jumps nearly everywhere she goes. These pictures aren't the best, but I just LOVED that she would jump along our front porch and back, hopping the whole way. Not great photos, but a great memory.

I used the FREE SVG banner Cocoa Daisy cut file, and layered it over a paint chip style patterned paper by Maggie Holmes/Crate Paper, from my Cocoa Daisy kit stash.
I made a little stapled journalling block... I wanted it to feel like a title/subtitle for a book... There and Back Again; a daily hopping adventure by Ruby Sky.

The top page lifts up to show the journalling underneath.

I keep a mix of little bits and pieces from past layouts and past Cocoa Daisy kits on my desk, and that's what made it onto this page... Pink Fresh color blocked wood veneer arrows, exclusive Cocoa Daisy wood veneer stars, and some other little bits.

I LOVE (love!) these pink plastic bright pink letters, from Michael's.

Aren't these striped Cocoa Daisy wood stars totally awesome?
