This is probably the third, maybe fourth, system I've tried out for storing die cuts in. So far, it's my favourite! Not only is it cute and I get to use another supply I buy too many of and love far too much -- cupcake liners -- but it's a handy way to keep those die cuts nearby, in sight, and ready to use.
I used a vintage muffin pan -- this one is square and holds 9 muffins in total. I filled each spot with a pretty cupcake paper, and then piled the die cuts in!
I sorted die cuts and little pieces roughly by type.... there's one muffin's worth of words/phrases.. one of little tiny journalling cards... one of banners... and labels... flowers... and misc cute images and icons.
This pan *IS* clean (really, it is) but due to it's vintage nature looks a little discoloured... the metal seems to have reacted with something in a few spots, so is sort of something between tarnished and rusted. I have BIG plans for my dad and a can of white spray paint.
How do you store your die cuts?
Do you have any vintage pieces you've repurposed that you can share?

Very cute! I need a better system for sure...TFS!
Great tip! :) I like using a divided serving tray to separate embellishments or small die cuts while I'm working on a mini or several coordinated pages (like during holidays). So cute the way you have them stored that way though! :)
