Introducing a new Shiny Designer: Jill Sprott

I'm thrilled to share with you all that Jill Sprott is now designing with Things That Shine!

For those of you who don't already know about wonderful Jill's wonderful scrapbooking, here is a bit about her:
Jill Sprott is from Oahu, Hawai’i, where she lives with her husband, daughter, and three furchildren. By day, she is an English teacher, a profession that is, like scrapbooking, a colorful, creative, and rewarding endeavor. When the weekend rolls around, her focus shifts from students’ papers to patterned paper. Jill has been scrapbooking for over a decade now, and shows no signs of falling out of love with this incredible and fulfilling hobby. When trying to explain why she scrapbooks — and why she keeps scrapbooking — she always quotes Robert Frost, who claims that poetry is “a way of remembering what it would impoverish us to forget.” That also defines scrapbooking for Jill. To be able to share her passion with others is a true honor.

I was absolutely blown away by the page Jill sent me, that she made using my First Days of Summer and Celebrate Summer scrapbook embellishment kits.  Here's a little peek:

You'll have to jump over to Jill's blog to see the rest of her page.
