So, this page is about Ruby Sky. What can I say about her? She's one crazy cute kid!
These pictures were taken last June on the day she learned what a *step stool* was called, and that she could sit on it, and then she promptly told us all that the thing she was sitting on was "a chair called steps", and she told us as if she was the only one knowledgeable enough to understand this.
The background is two layers.. the bottom layer was an experiment with a stencil, white cardstock, and gold spray paint. And then the top layer is my eyelet lace background cut file, cut out of plain white cardstock. I hadn't planned on layering them together like this, but it's how they were stacked on my desk, and they looked pretty good.
Those gold scripty style Thickers have been in my stash forever. I liked the fancy flair they added to the title. ;)
I used some St. Patrick's day clovers cut out of brown woodgrain and white cardstock. I added green watercolour and gold glitter to the white ones. Unfortunately, I had run out of my trusty Mod Podge, so used another liquid glue instead, and boy.. is that glitter shedding.
Another peek at those layered layers.
