I have a large orange kitty girl. Her name is Delilah, but we call her Bunky. She is lovely -- so lovely.
Her white is so white, and her orange is so brown.A while ago that lovely kitty girl moved onto my pillow, and she hasn't moved since. I think she means well (some of the time, at least) but she's not the easiest bedmate.
I made the layout background using a sheet of 12x12 white cardstock (American Crafts brand, my latest fave) and three different My Favourite Things stencils (Swiss Dot, Square Motif, and Delicate Doily). I laid all four stencils down on the cardstock, and then misted with pink spray mist (I'm pretty sure it was an OA Sprinkler). I like the pattern the four make together, and the slightly wonky pink border that runs around the page randomly.
My Paper Heart kit.
I just kept on layering! The vellum heart was cut using my Doily Hearts digital cut file.
Some of these pieces were random bits left on my desk, and some were inspired by the Calvinball challenges:
Using packaging (the grey striped paper, I added the gold tape)
Stamp, fussy cut, use something new (the gold embossed floral stamped image behind the fluffy flower)
Use a map motif, use a PL card
Inspired by a GIS member (I added the cute kitties and cute mousie, inspired by Celeste, who always adds just the right bit of everything)
Use a stencil
Use glitter -- I added glitter tape to the grey striped packaging.
