This page started with a pile of scraps -- I decided to sew them together! I loved the pale, low-volume colourway they make.
I had trouble figuring out where to put the title until I slid this white die cut frame under one of the paper layers.. it fit the title perfectly, as if it was meant to be.
I stamped my new Cocoa Daisy flower stamp and painted it using blue and green watercolour, to keep with my all-cools colourway. It's just a little paper card tucked into the layers with a bit of journalling about my birthday cake this year.
I added some glitter to a white cardstock heart cut using my doily hearts cut file. I added a gold woodgrain paper bow and an ancient brad from my pre-2010 stash. I love those brads, I should use them more often!
Love those pretty stacked layers so much, I'm going to have to try this stack of scraps technique again!
I added minty aqua greeny blue splatters and star map stickers, in honour of the Calvinball rules. :)
