This was such a fun project, and a great way to test out sewing a new-to-me block shape. I'm definitely going to try another version of this quilt soon -- I have extra triangles left over.
I need to decide on a back. I have a few ideas, and as this is going to be a gift for a co-worker's new baby on the way, I want to make sure I get it just right. I'm considering something science-y and geek-y, as we both work in a lab and did our Master's degrees in the same research institute. :)
I know he looks like he's going uphill, but this old orange boy really approved of this quilt top. At one point there was even
a bit of a battle over it.
